Welcome to fjords.com, the gateway to the Norwegian Fjords. This is the startpage with all the information you need to explore and plan your journey to the four fjord regions in Western Norway; Møre & Romsdal, Sogn & Fjordane, Hordaland and Rogaland.
Up to the left you find a partial map of Norway with the four western 'fjord regions' marked in bright colours. Click on the different regions for more detailed information, pictures and local travel links.
Also read about a favourite journey through fjords, mountains and glaciers in Fjord Norway (Go West). In addition, there are travelogues with pictures from other adventures. Keywords are Seakayaking, Rafting, Summerskiing, Glacierwalking and Mountaineering. Some places are well known tourist areas, other more hidden.
You will find useful travel links for Fjordnorway and Norway in the right column, and for the four fjord regions in the left column. All links are marked with the same colour codes as for the four fjord regions. The purpose is to sort the links by regions. The links without a regional belonging are marked with a white colour.
